Location: Remote, Western Canada preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead business development with new accounts in Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the property management industry, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospect property management companies or other prospects that align with SparcPay’s ideal customer profile.
  • Arrange and conduct product demonstrations with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Uncover objections while empowered to negotiate within generous parameters to overcome them.
  • Aggressively close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing agency to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Leverage a CRM system (HubSpot) to optimize the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Occasional travel for sales, industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Must be located in Canada, BC or Alberta preferred.
  • Proven sales success in the property management industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
