The cheque should include our phone number – (905) 542-3591, and the heat sensitive ink spot security feature as shown below. If either of these are missing DO NOT ATTEMPT to cash the cheque.

If you are a supplier to a SparcPay customer, you can sign up to receive direct deposit at www.sparcblock.com/vendors. There is no charge and it only takes a minute. For vendors that have not yet set up electronic deposit, we will send you a paper cheque through our bill payment service. See sample below.
